Our veteran met with the Mayor of Teplice, Jiří Štábl
International Support and a Step Toward Recovery
Our veteran, Oleksii Tararaka, who is currently undergoing rehabilitation in Teplice, Czech Republic, as part of the Returning to Yourself Foundation program, met with the Mayor of Teplice, Jiří Štábl.
The meeting was another powerful sign of support for Ukrainian veterans from the Czech community. Mayor Štábl personally welcomed Oleksii, expressed his solidarity with Ukraine, and spoke with him during the visit to the City Hall.
For veterans, moments like these are important reminders that recovery is not a journey taken alone. It is supported by people and communities willing to stand beside them and help them move forward.
We sincerely thank Mayor Jiří Štábl, the City of Teplice, and our Czech partners for their hospitality, openness, and continued support of Ukrainian veterans.
